CEO & Co-founder- Vikram Lodha
Vikram Lodha has good experience in Wholesale Banking and Transaction Banking. He has completed his degree from Pune University in Commerce and post graduation from BIMM in Management. Vikram is a person who is very passionate about digitizing Trade Finance and striving continuously to make it happen.
Chairman & Co-founder- CAPankaj Mundra
Pankaj Mundra is a chartered accountant with post graduation in management, and more than twenty years of experience in Banking. He is an expert in FundRaising, Strategic & Financial Planning, Restructuring, Investment Advisory & Risk Consulting, Trade Finance and Debt Syndication in the Asian and Middle East regions.
Co-founder- Capt Sunil Saraf
The mastermind and idea originator of 360tf is Capt Suni Saraf. He has completed his master’s in MBA and Economics. Sunil has been an established leader, ex-army officer and entrepreneur for more than thirty-three years. He is an expert in Transaction Advisory, Trade Finance, Corporate, Capital Rising and M&A. The other sectors he gets involved in are FinTechs, Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, Insurtechs, MFIs, NBFCs and Banks.
Co-founder- Nisarg Dugad
Nisarg Dugad is a member of the Advisory Board of 360tf. He has more than twenty-one years of great experience in finance and is an advisor in capital restructuring, M&A transactions and raising debt. Being one of the Board of Directors, Nisarg also holds a respectable position on the Strategic Advisory Board in Finance at Ajman University, College of Business Administration, UAE.

The previous secretary to GOI, Former CMD EXIM Bank, NITI Aayog, Mr Yaduvendra Mathur and officer of the Indian Administrative Service has excellent knowledge and experience for more than 25 years in handling projects with the Government of India and critical Government postings.

360tf announced the opening of its Jaipur office in an event which was addressed by the Chairman of Raj Small Industries Corporation, Shri Rajiv Arora. Hosted by the co-founders, the event was followed by a fire chat about MSME exports and a panel discussion about ESG. Mr Vikram Lodha said that with a 2 Lakh letter of credits yearly, they were planning to help the exporters in India to get cheaper financing sources.
